An emphatic Yes! What is the problem? Muslims only want a mosque near where they live so they can fulfill their religious obligations. They live in the United States and need a location there. Isn't this obvious? It's a mosque, after all. A religious structure, not a tower or a fortress. Islammic faith had nothing to do with 9/11. Because criminals who commandeered the aircraft and flew them into the Twin Towers professed they were acting on the Muslim faith does not make it so. And it certainly doesn't mean by inference that all Muslims are evil people. One would not consider the behavior of a Christian murderer to reflect on Christians everywhere. Certainly there are good people and evil people living in this world, and they are Christians and Jews and Muslims. This is common sense. Muslims have honor, respect for others, intelligence, and, most of all, faith! According to our scriptures, we must not harm even the most incidental life. Americans, I ask you to just think. ...
